PalmaYard Pro supplies outdoor furniture, outdoor structures such as pergolas and pavilions, outdoor kitchens and accessories to trade buyers: dealers and retailers, interior and landscape designers, contractors and builders, and hotel, restaurant and resort operators. It is a request-for-quote operation, not a consumer shop, and orders are managed by one project team from the Foshan sourcing office and the US warehouses.
Ready-to-ship programs start from a single pallet out of the US warehouses in New Jersey, Georgia and California. Custom manufacturing starts from 50 units per SKU. Complete project packages and outdoor structures are quoted per scope, so there is no single published MOQ for those.
Stock held in the New Jersey, Georgia and California warehouses ships in 5–7 business days by LTL or full truck, and will-call pickup is available at every site. Live stock lists are updated weekly.
Typically 8–12 weeks door to door: samples in 15–20 days, 30–45 days of production and quality control, then 4–6 weeks of ocean transit. A feasibility read with a target FOB price is returned within 2–3 days of receiving drawings or a reference SKU.
Four documented stages: material inspection, in-line production checks, packaging drop tests and supervised container loading. You receive an AQL 2.5 pre-shipment inspection report with photos before the balance payment is due, and every crate is photographed before dispatch.
Quotations are line-item FOB or DDP quotations that show unit price, packing, freight and duties separately. Custom orders are 30% deposit to enter production and 70% after you approve the inspection report; ready-to-ship stock is invoiced against the purchase order. USD wire transfer is standard, with EUR and AUD available.
