Procurement FAQ

Your questions, answered.

Can I enquire about a first project or a small order?
  • Yes.
  • Send your estimated quantity, dimensions and project location.
  • Minimum quantities depend on the configuration, finish and any custom tooling.
  • Order requirements and pricing are confirmed in the proposal; there is no single published MOQ for every project.
Do you handle California permits and installation?
  • The proposal must identify the supply scope and any services included.
  • Your local licensed professionals should confirm permit requirements, site-specific structural design, foundations, electrical work and installation.
  • Product drawings do not by themselves constitute a permit approval.
Can you support hotel, restaurant and multi-site projects?
  • Start with a site list, pergola schedule and required delivery phases.
  • We can review a coordinated product and finish specification, with quantities and delivery assumptions identified by site.
  • Final scope and availability are confirmed in writing.
Can I request OEM or private-label options?
  • Include your branding, packaging, drawing and repeat-order requirements in the brief.
  • Feasibility, minimum quantities, tooling or sample costs and ownership of custom drawings must be agreed before development begins.
What is the lead time and what does the quote include?
  • Timing depends on design approval, samples, configuration, quantity and freight.
  • Request a schedule separating approval, production and transit.
  • The quotation should specify the delivery term and whether freight, duties, customs clearance, unloading and installation are included.
Which technical documents and warranty terms are available?
  • Tell us which drawings, material references, inspection records, test reports and warranty terms your project requires.
  • Availability and applicability must be confirmed for the selected system.
  • Do not assume a generic certificate or warranty covers every configuration or site.
